PASSAGE: (NASB) MATTHEW 1:18-25
18 Now the birth of Jesus the Messiah was as follows: when His mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be pregnant by the Holy Spirit. 19 And her husband Joseph, since he was a righteous man and did not want to disgrace her, planned to send her away secretly.

– MATTHEW 1:19
25 But if we look forward to something we don’t yet have, we must wait patiently and confidently.)
– ROMANS 8:25
21 But when he had thought this over, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife; for the Child who has been conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. 21 She will give birth to a Son; and you shall name Him Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”
– MATTHEW 1:20-21
2 Do not conform to the PATTERN of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
– ROMANS 12:2
10 “The rain and snow come down from the heavens and stay on the ground to water the earth. They cause the grain to grow, producing seed for the farmer and bread for the hungry. 11 It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it. 12 You will live in joy and peace. The mountains and hills will burst into song, and the trees of the field will clap their hands! 13 Where once there were thorns, cypress trees will grow. Where nettles grew, myrtles will sprout up. These events will bring great honor to the Lord’s name; they will be an everlasting sign of his power and love.”
– ISAIAH 55:10-13
- PROMISE OF POSSIBILITY PAYS OFF IN PERSISTENCE
22 Now all this took place so that what was spoken by the Lord through the prophet would be FULFILLED: 23 “Behold, the virgin will conceive and give birth to a Son, and they shall name Him Immanuel,” which translated means, “God with us.”
– MATTHEW 1:22-23
24 And Joseph awoke (BEING RAISED) from his sleep and DID as the angel of the Lord commanded him, and took Mary as his wife, 25 but KEPT her a virgin until she gave birth to a Son; and he named Him Jesus.
– MATTHEW 1:24-25
20 He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
– MATTHEW 17:20
6 And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.
