9 “Pray, then, in this way: ‘Our Father, who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. 10 ‘Your kingdom come, Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. 11 ‘Give us this day our daily bread. 12 ‘And forgive us our debts, as we have forgiven our debtors [letting go of both the wrong and the resentment]. 13 ‘And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. 42 They were continually and faithfully devoting themselves to the instruction of the apostles, and to fellowship, to eating meals together and to prayers.

43 A sense of awe was felt by everyone, and many wonders and signs (attesting miracles) were taking place through the apostles. 44 And all those who had believed [in Jesus as Savior] were together and had all things in common [considering their possessions to belong to the group as a whole]. 45 And they began selling their property and possessions and were sharing the proceeds with all [the other believers], as anyone had need. 46 Day after day they met in the temple [area] continuing with one mind, and breaking bread in various private homes. They were eating their meals together with joy and generous hearts, 47 praising God continually, and having favor with all the people. And the Lord kept adding to their number daily those who were being saved.

PRAY: Our Father, thank you for being the FIRST and ULTIMATE Father who created me. Forgive me for seeking to be heard from everyone but you first. Forgive me for thinking I was created to face life alone. Thank you for defeating loneliness by give me a family who loves you and who loves me. Thank you for listening to me and for giving me a family who helps me know I am heard. I commit to be a member of your family who inhabits your house with prayer. Amen!
